Are the pieces 2D or 3D?
This is a 2D product. Each surprise is a flat, two-dimensional piece, not a 3D sculpted figure.
When should we start opening?
Door 1 opens on December 1st and door 24 on Christmas Eve, one surprise a day. Delivery takes 7–14 days, so order by mid-November to have it in hand before the countdown begins.
Is it suitable for children?
It's designed for teen and adult fans and collectors. It contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3 years.
Does it make a good gift?
It's the gift. The illustrated dragon box is gift-ready straight out of the shipping carton, so it can go under the tree or on the mantel as is.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide, including the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and across Europe. Orders are delivered within 7–14 days of being placed, and you'll get a tracking ID by email as soon as yours ships.
How do the bundle discounts work?
Choose 2 calendars to save 10%, or 3 calendars to save 15%. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
What does shipping protection cover?
For $4.99, shipping protection covers your order if it's lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Just email fourthwingadvent@outlook.com with your order number (and photos for damage) and we'll reship or refund it.
